How To Make Your Room Your Haven.

A lot of people have asked me to do room tours in the past.
I decided this week to produce a quick tutorial for you all on how to really make your room you haven.

I love that Swedish minimalism design, so my room is quite simple and sweet. White walls, white furnishings and white rugs.

Use Your Head.

When it comes to small interior details. We often forget to use our head.

Decorative skulls are a simple, yet perfect accent and will have your inner minimalist's heart throbbing.

K.I.S.S

When it comes to living (in an ideal world) the best of spaces often come in this simplest of packages.

This rainy long weekend has us dreaming of our ideal living space; clean lines, a low-key colour palette and wide open spaces...

Warm lights, faux furs and hardwood floors.
Making even the minimalist of spaces look cozy...

Geometric Age

Sporadic edges and bold aesthetics; it seems the geometric age is upon us. This seemingly futuristic trend is indeed very 'now', materializing our wardrobes,  wallpapers and way of life.

From graphic designers to fashion designers, let there be no end to the countless areas of the modern world that have fallen under the spell of these daring rectilinear abstract shapes.

Perhaps society's lust for monochrome and minimalism is to blame for this re-emerging trend... Or is there just something irresistibly edgy about the idea of bringing maths into the same cosmos as fashion and interior design?

If there were ever a force so powerful as to develop a trend that bought the philosophy of fashion, decor, mathematics and design into the same realm, it would be unethical for it not to be as popular as it has become today.
