Laced Up.

It's official, lace ups are the new black. Bronzed legs, crisp white nail polish paired with toes and ankles tangled up in black stilettos are this season's uniform. Style ambassadors' Kim Kardashian-West and Alexa Chung are a match made in shoe heaven, seen worshipping these glorious heels on the front line of this week's latest trend.

Making their style debut on the Spring '15 runways for designers such as Alaxander Wang, Cynthia Rowley and Topshop; these gladiator-styled beauties are no.1 on our to-do list!

Geometric Age

Sporadic edges and bold aesthetics; it seems the geometric age is upon us. This seemingly futuristic trend is indeed very 'now', materializing our wardrobes,  wallpapers and way of life.

From graphic designers to fashion designers, let there be no end to the countless areas of the modern world that have fallen under the spell of these daring rectilinear abstract shapes.

Perhaps society's lust for monochrome and minimalism is to blame for this re-emerging trend... Or is there just something irresistibly edgy about the idea of bringing maths into the same cosmos as fashion and interior design?

If there were ever a force so powerful as to develop a trend that bought the philosophy of fashion, decor, mathematics and design into the same realm, it would be unethical for it not to be as popular as it has become today.

Boy Meets Girl.

Bending the rules of style as we know it, the gender line of fashion has become a very thin one these days. It seems there are no rules.

Although we're not totally naive when it comes to the androgynous trend; with glimpses of the radical movement surfacing within the beauty and style industry over three years ago...

At what was first seen as quite an outrageous and daring trend, this 'boyish' look has worked its way into every day wardrobes of women around the world through pieces such as over sized blazers, high button-up collars and athletic accents.

Wear it casual or dress it up- high street fashion works this trend with tailored suits and 9-inch heels, tomboy-chic. Love it or hate it, the designer giant's spin on this trend is one small step away from gender neutrality and a giant leap in the direction of sexualised masculinity for women.
